In a match to determine the better fighter, Jose Garcia, representing the US Muay Thai gym, will go face to face with Redi Ndrekai on September 30, 2017.

Jose has been training for two weeks and each week he trains for at least 5 days a week. Aside from that, he runs three to five miles for three to four days a week. Whenever Jose trains he always gives it his all even if he’s on the border of giving up. He strives to surpass his own limits. He has two jobs, but that doesn’t stop him from training and trying to improve his performance. He talks to his trainer Claudio to manage a good workout schedule.

Jose is a well-known person in the gym. He is a very serious person but opens up when you actually get to know him in person. He has a record of one win and one loss. This will be his third fight and he’s looking forward to winning this match. He puts a lot of effort and dedication to be better at what he loves doing.

Everyone in the gym motivates him to do his best. When he tries to slack off we yell, “Come on, Jose, you got this!”  We want him to know that each and every one of us believes that he could win.
